all of the many of $2 million to hetty behalf was left to the town of new bedford and the other half to hetty and it was plucked in trust. she was furious so she sued. the lawsuit went on for years and was a landmark case and hetty was litigious for life. surely after her and edward married and went to london and sold american railroad bond during the days of the boom and he sold them to european investors. hetty gave birth to two children. a son and daughter and she invested her money in the real road bond and the greenback. and boasted in one day she made $200,000 europe was booming minks were giving easy money at low interest rate and prices were rising and they were buying the bonds because they pay high interest rates. but the prices are so high they reached a level where nobody could afford them they could not buy the bonds of day with some of them. 80 percent was on by the europeans. then they went into bankruptcy and the bank had to close. know more customers for the railroad bond edberg and hetty had to come back to america. this city had burgeoned with tense story buildings

freezing rain possible up in bedford county, just over the border from maryland. so the rest of us will just have rain. love a wet commute in hagerstown, leesburg. we'll put this into motion. a better chance of showers in the latter part of the rush hour. if you go late tomorrow love a better chance of seeing wet roads. prince george's county, collaterals county. nothing is heavy. it's all just green, which means light. but still, enough to wet the roads. that's why we made a yellow alert for friday. the clouds kind of hang tough in the afternoon, then showers redevelop tin mountains by evening. a little better chance of showers tomorrow night. but again, everything is light, and the good news is temperatures are going up. so you will need a coat at the bus stop. kids will need a sweat shirt or something. a little bit milder in the afternoon, but a few showers for the morning commute. and they are going to kind of linger, too. a warmer weekend but showers are still possible during the weekend. not going to be rain-free or picture perfect. but still temperature-wise pretty nice for decem

transformation now that i'm going to have the privilege either to represent the city of new bedford, barney in taylor -- tailor-made suits and i saw that transformation as well. but i've got some big shoes to fill down there. he's beloved in that area. as much as he's dealing with the intricacies of something like dodd-frank, many of the other things he's done representing sidious issues, he is by far the most popular elected official that the fishermen in the new bedford area and southeastern massachusetts area have ever seen. his loyalty to them is probably only eclipsed by their loyalty to him. and he understood, he knows so much about fish. i don't know if i'll ever catch up or ever have the opportunity. but it's amazing how complex that issue is as well. but i would say this. of all the things, all the actions he's taken in his time in public life, one of his most proudest actions would be, not just what people would think is working on dodd-frank, but i think it was really his marriage to jim and he's told me how important that was, to do while he was a member of congress. again, show
